Bri and Bart were the most delightful couple to work with. They have a great story on how they met and their relationship blossomed into something many would envy. Bri was very organised in the lead up to their wedding. Bart was equally excited about marrying the woman he loves. We met a couple of times at their home and also at Harrigan’s Drift Inn located in Jacob’s Well. The ceremony was composed with both Bri and Bart having personal vows that they wanted to say to each other.
The venue they chose was perfect. Harrigan’s Drift Inn at Jacobs Well is a sensational Irish Tavern with beautiful views and decor. It is simply perfect for a wedding. Their wedding was to be under this lovely tree, with a spectacular view of the waterways that this venue was situated on. But unfortunately, the weather didn’t comply. So Plan B saw us under a covered porch area. The wedding commenced and Bri arrived looking radiant. The moment was simply beautiful and the emotions evident as they spoke their vows to one another. And guess what? The rain stopped too. Everybody was absorbed in the moment and cheered loudly when I pronounced them as husband and wife.
After a year of planning, meetings and a rehearsal, it was over in a flash. It was a moment in life I will always remember. And to cap a perfect day off, they got to have photos taken under that tree.
Congratulations Bri and Bart. I am sure you are going to have a wonderful life together!
